Ingredients
Base Recipe

choose from brown, turbinado, or white sugar.

oil
choose from avocado, grapeseed, olive, or coconut oil

of an essential oil
lemon, spearmint, grapefruit, sweet orange, lavender, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.

Instructions
Add oil and sugar to your mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add in the remaining ingredients and any extras you’ll be adding.
Stir and adjust ingredients to your desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Add more or less oil, depending on the consistency you prefer
Pick an oil and add a teaspoon or two for an extra special therapeutic touch.
