whole beans
drained and lightly salted OR

refried black beans
1-2
heads
romaine lettuce
chopped

diced red cabbage
or green

salsa

vegan nacho cheese sauce

Directions for assembling
Fill the bowl partway with diced lettuce and cabbage
Add a scoop of beans (without the liquid) in a corner.
Add your tomatoes, onions, or pico de gallo in the other corners.
In the center, add your guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
Drizzle Nacho Cheese Sauce to your liking.
Top with jalapeños and green onions if using.
Add some chips on the side, or crush some on top.
