Warm the Chili: Heat your pre-made chili in a pot over medium heat until warmed through.
Assemble: On a large plate or platter, layer the fries and top with warm chili, then drizzle with chipotle sauce.
Add Toppings & Serve: Top with avocado, green onions, cilantro (or parsley), jalapeños, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy while the wedges are still crispy!
Notes
Time-saving tip: This recipe assumes you already have chili and sauces made from meal prep. If starting from scratch, add cooking time for those components.
Serve on a large plate, platter, cast-iron skillet, or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Crispy wedges: Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket - cook in batches if needed.
Sauce storage: All the sauces mentioned keep well in the fridge and can be made ahead.
Fresh toppings ideas: Also try fresh diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, radishes, or diced red onions.
Oven method: Roast wedges at 425°F for 25–30 minutes (check at 25) or until crispy if no air fryer.
