Instructions
Combine Cuachalalate bark, chamomile, and lavender in an airtight container.
Measure out a tablespoon of your herb and bark mixture.
Place the blend, along with the water, into a teapot or small pan. Cover.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Turn off the heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into your mug using a small mesh strainer.
Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
