½pitted Medjool dateOR maple syrup

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Blender: Add frozen bananas, mixed berries, acai packet, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and any optional ingredients if using.
Blend until Smooth: Blend on high, until all frozen chunks are gone.
Taste and adjust sweetness: Not sweet enough? Add more maple syrup, agave, or half a Medjool date as needed.
Serve immediately, and top with cacao nibs if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
If using acai powder, add 1-2 tablespoons, along with extra ice or berries for the thickness that would otherwise come from the frozen acai packet.
For a nut-free version, swap almond butter for sunflower butter.
