Ingredients

tablespoon
nettle
1
tablespoon
hibiscus
1
tablespoon
chamomile
1
tablespoon
oat straw
Slice
of orange
optional
Honey
OR maple syrup to sweeten, optional
Instructions
Place loose leaf herbs in 2-quart jar and fill with filtered water. Secure lid.
Place in refrigerator overnight or in sun for 6 hours.
Strain through nut bag or cheesecloth.
Serve over ice.
Add any optional ingredients.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container up to 4 days.
Notes
Steeping
: For all of these teas, steep in hot water (around 200°F or just under boiling) before allowing to cool and refrigerating overnight.
Note on Sweetening
: For a vegan option, skip the honey and use maple syrup, agave, or your preferred plant-based sweetener.
Always check with your doctor when introducing new herbs.
