watermelon juice
Juice of 1β2 limes

Instructions
In a blender, add the fresh watermelon juice, lime juice, sweetener, and mint leaves, 3β4 to muddle. Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Take the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them in a glass using a muddler or the back of a spoon. This releases the mintβs flavor.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the glass with the muddled mint.
Pour the freshly blended watermelon mixture over the ice and mint.
Top off the drink with sparkling water, adjusting the amount to your desired level of fizziness.
Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime.
