natural peanut butter
unsweetened

maple syrup

oat flour

flax meal

chia seeds

Mini chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
Mix
maple syrup
,
vanilla
, and
peanut butter
until well combined.
Stir in
flax
,
flour
,
chia
,
salt
, and optional
chocolate chips
.
Adjust maple syrup and flour as needed— not too sticky or dry.
Use an ice cream scoop to make balls, or roll them smooth and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes to enjoy.
Once set, store covered in the freezer in an airtight container.
