These vegan, no-bake peanut butter bites are the perfect solution for a quick and satisfying snack. Dairy-free and customizable, they come together in just 5 minutes and are ideal for meal prep or a delicious after-school treat!

A quick throw-together treat perfect for that little something sweet.
I often make these for an after-school treat and pair them up with a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie or a Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie. The kids love the combo, it's a great balance of sweet and satisfying without being overly indulgent.
Feel free to swap in whatever nut butter you like. Almond, cashew, and sunflower all work great, or go the homemade route. If you've never tried it, check out my guide on how to make nut butter. It's super easy!
If you want to make these a bit more filling, add in a sprinkle of chia seeds, hemp hearts, or even rolled oats for extra texture and nutrients. And if you want to use less sweetener or to switch it up, you can use agave; these truly are adaptable.
If you love easy, no-bake options, these treats fit perfectly into your meal prep routine too. I typically rotate it with my Edible Cookie Dough, so there's always something sweet on hand. I keep mine in the freezer and grab them for an easy but incredibly satisfying treat.
This recipe is also part of my go-to list of Easy Dairy-Free Snacks, a collection of snacks and treats I rely on.
