Most meals come together from a few prepped pieces. Something to build on. A protein. Something flavorful. The last part is usually a sauce to bring it all together.

Start with a base. Mexican lime rice, grains, greens, whatever works.

Add a protein. Sticky glazed tofu works great here.

Make it a crispy tofu rice bowl and drizzle vegan chipotle sauce. The sauce always brings it together.
