watermelon juice
Juice of 1 lime

piece of fresh ginger
peeled and sliced

chilled sparkling water

Instructions
In a blender, blend the watermelon juice, lime juice, and sliced ginger until well combined.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any ginger.
Combine the infused juice with chilled sparkling water in a pitcher and stir gently.
Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Add a lime slice as a garnish if desired.
