Piña Berry Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Optional add-ins

  • 2 Tbsp flax, hemp, chia, or pumpkin seeds

  • 3 brazil nuts

  • Drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender

  • Blend until creamy and smooth

  • Thin with a splash of milk if desired
