  3. Taste and adjust to your liking.

Notes

  • Add more mint if you want a more intense flavor.
  • Add more lemon if you like it a bit more tart.
  • If you like more sweetness, you can also add red apples, such as Fuji.
  • I love the taste of ginger, so I typically add an inch or more, but it’s pungent. Start with less and build up to more if you like.
  • If it’s too strong for your liking, you can always dilute the juice with filtered water.
  • If pregnant, nursing, or using blood thinners, check with your doctor about using ginger.
