Part of my evening routine is making herbal iced tea for the next day. Prep takes a few minutes. It’s a refreshing and healthy beverage ready to grab on the go.
Herbal tea combinations are endless. Packed with nutrients, they offer many different benefits.

A refreshing, calming, and easy to make herbal tea that offers numerous benefits to your health.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Place loose leaf herbs in 2-quart jar and fill with filtered water. Secure lid.
- Place in refrigerator overnight or in sun for 6 hours.
- Strain through nut bag or cheesecloth.
- Serve over ice.
- Add any optional ingredients.
- Store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
