I love sauces, salsas, herbs, and seasonings. When done right, they bring food to an entirely new level.
My family loves taco night. We rotate taco salad, tacos, vegan seven layer dip, tostadas, etc. We include salsas, rice, beans, taco meat (plant-based and meat options), and all the fixings.
I also like making our own taco seasoning — it’s easy, healthy, and flavorful. It’s perfect for meat, beans, tempeh, tofu, plant-based meat, or whichever your desired taco filling.
