How it works

  • Schedule your call or email me with your question/issue/goal in detail.
  • You’ll receive an in-depth holistic questionnaire
  • If you choose the 1 or 3-month plan, we connect weekly. I provide you with actionable steps and goals so you can focus on what truly matters.
  • I develop a precise plan with actionable suggestions and steps.
  • We’ll go through your questions, track progress, and measure results.
  • You receive a strategy you can implement, accountability, and ongoing support. These powerful tools help you implement lasting change.

What you can expect

  • I will respond within 24 to 48 hours if you choose email coaching.
  • By phone, you can expect your first appointment within seven days.
  • This is one-on-one private coaching. You receive my undivided attention, focus, and support.
  • All packages start with an in-depth questionnaire.
  • I approach problems holistically — as a whole.
  • We can work on one issue, an ongoing obstacle, or a project.
  • Everything discussed and written is in strict confidence. There’s no judgment — only support.
  • Personalized coaching looks a bit different for everyone. It’s adaptable and convenient.
  • When our sessions are nearing the end, I provide you with a guideline for maintaining your progress.
