- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour or all-purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, optional
- ½ cup walnuts, OR pecans
- ¼ cup sweet vegan chocolate chips
