A tangy, healthy, and delicious oil-free salad dressing

I’m a huge fan of salads.
It’s an easy and delicious way to fill our bodies with healthy nutrients. I try to fit one in each day, especially in the warmer months. They’re hydrating and full of nutrients.
I’m also a big fan of homemade salad dressings. They’re easy, healthier, and taste delicious. And the options are endless: honey mustard, ranch, thousand island, etc.
I often substitute walnuts, pecans, or cashews for oil — they make for a healthy and creamy alternative.
Here’s one of my favorites when I’m in the mood for something tangy and sweet.
One of best things about this dressing is how versatile it is. Some of us prefer more tang, while others prefer more sweetness. Feel free to experiment and make it yours!
