I’m a huge fan of salads.
It’s an easy and delicious way to fill our bodies with healthy nutrients. I try to fit one in each day, especially in the warmer months. They’re hydrating and full of nutrients.
I’m also a big fan of homemade salad dressings. They’re easy, healthier, and taste delicious.
I often substitute walnuts, pecans, or cashews for oil — they make for a healthy and creamy alternative and an anti-aging food that nourishes your skin.
Here’s one of my favorites when I’m in the mood for something tangy and sweet.
One of the best things about this dressing is how versatile it is. Some prefer more tang, while others prefer more sweetness. Experiment and make it yours!
And if you're looking for a delicious salad combo, pair this with my Garlic Lovers' Pasta Salad or a refreshing Cucumber Tomato Salad to keep things light and delicious.

This maple balsamic dressing is a sweet and tangy favorite, especially for salads. The walnuts make it super creamy, you won't even notice it's oil-free.
