I get how daunting the kitchen might seem, especially when incorporating healthier foods into your routine. Although, when done in steps, it can be an enjoyable process without much sacrifice.

I’ve experimented with numerous styles of eating. Gluten-free, vegan, plant-based, raw, low carb, standard American– you name it.

I’ve been on both sides of extremes– neither seemed incredibly beneficial.

I don’t believe we all fit into a one-size-fits-all diet, but I do feel there’s an optimal diet for every person.

Understanding and listening to your body’s signals is a significant indicator of what’s working.

Check-in with yourself. How does your diet make you feel? Are you sluggish or full of energy?

Including foods from nature benefits you in ways that may surprise you.

Start by adding in an extra fruit or vegetable each meal. It’s a great starting point.
