Fatigue, insomnia, stress, disconnection, weight loss or gain — we all react differently.
Taking time for ourselves helps us find balance.
Years back, I committed to 10 minutes of daily morning yoga — at a minimum. It changed my life. I lost weight, found my center, and started sleeping through the night.
Yes, it requires accountability and a commitment to yourself. And no, it’s not always easy. But neither is being unbalanced and experiencing disconnection in life.
It doesn’t have to be yoga — stretch, dance, or jump rope.
Make it fun.
Until it becomes a habit, make a deal with yourself. First thing each morning, take 10 minutes to care for yourself.
You might not feel like it the first few times, but you’ll start building momentum and feeling the possibilities around day three.
