A natural way to relieve ear infections

As a mom, I’ve focused more on natural parenting.
I’ve emphasized prevention, attachment parenting, natural remedies, and sustainable living. Having said that, I always use a medical doctor as needed.
One of the first natural remedies I learned about was mullein, a common weed found alongside the road with numerous therapeutic uses.
One of the most helpful remedies I use is Mullein Garlic Oil. A few drops in the ear works wonders for ear infections in kids and adults. Thankfully we don’t get a lot of ear infections, but if we do, it’s my go-to.
Garlic is another soothing remedy for the ear when paired with olive oil.
Notes
- Always check with your doctor before using with children.
- Do not use if the eardrum is ruptured.
- Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
